Function isZero

isZero(vec1: Vec2Param): boolean
Check whether a vector is exactly equal to zero (0,0).
Parameters
- vec1: Vec2Param
  Target vector.
Returns boolean
- Boolean result of whether the vector is equal to zero.
Example
```
isZero({ x: 0, y: 0 }); // -> true
```
