isOne(target: Vec2Param): boolean
Check whether a vector is exactly equal to one (1,1).
Parameters
- target: Vec2Param
  Target vector.
Returns boolean
- Boolean result of whether the vector is equal to one.
Example
```
isOne({ x: 1, y: 1 }); // -> true
```
